The Real Cost of Choosing Cheap Solar Panels (And Why I Finally Switched to LONGi)

Look, I get it. When you're managing procurement for a mid-sized solar installation company—processing maybe 60-80 orders a year across a dozen different suppliers—the pressure to shave costs is relentless. Finance wants lower COGS. The project manager wants to beat the budget. And for a while, I was that buyer.
